Your Property Managers

Frank Elsbree, Owner

With over 8 years of property management experience in the Sarasota area, Frank Elsbree has built a reputation rooted in trust, discretion, and exceptional service. Known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, Frank is the go-to choice for some of Sarasota’s most high-profile residents. His business has grown entirely through word-of-mouth referrals—a testament to the lasting relationships he builds and the peace of mind he provides.

Harold Velasco, Property manager

Born in Colombia, Harold moved to the United States in 1999 and was raised in Sarasota, where he has lived, gone to school, and served the community for most of his life. His career has always been built around service, from volunteering as a firefighter in Nokomis and working as an EMT in Lakewood Ranch to serving as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army in the Florida National Guard. As a local who knows this community and its neighborhoods firsthand and serving his country overseas, Harold brings that same integrity, discipline, and commitment to managing your property with professionalism, honesty, and care.
